The two companion cases before this court on appeal on questions of law were tried at the same time to the trial judge and jury in the Common Pleas Court. One case involves a suit by a minor, by his mother and next friend, to recover for personal injuries suffered when thirteen years of age and while riding a bicycle; the other suit is by the mother in her own behalf for loss of services and for expenses...
