This is an action in equity seeking to have defendant declared a trustee ex maleficio of moneys due plaintiffs from the estate of a relative, who resided and died in the State of South Carolina. Defendant is a resident of Lackawanna County, Pa., and plaintiffs are all nonresidents of Pennsylvania and reside in the States of Michigan, Connecticut and California.
