This appeal comes on before this court for review on a Clerk's Transcript. Defendant was charged with the crime of a violation of the Iowa Liquor Control Act in that she kept for sale and possessed alcoholic liquor in violation of § 123.3 of the 1950 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. She entered a plea of not guilty. Upon trial to the court she was found guilty as charged and was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and costs...
