(After stating the foregoing facts.) 1. The first two special grounds of the amended motion for a new trial complain of the court's refusal to declare a mistrial. To the question, "Did Mr. Tommy Hooks ever put any value on that barn for you?" the plaintiff replied, "No, sir, the Clements man offered $1000."
