SWEPSTON, Judge.

Plaintiff-in-error, Mrs. Brooks, hereinafter called plaintiff, sued the defendant for damages for personal injuries sustained when she stepped in a hole in the floor of one of defendant's trucks. At the conclusion of all the evidence a verdict was directed for defendant upon the ground there was no evidence of actionable negligence.
