PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal in a criminal case, in which appellant was convicted of removing and concealing distilled spirits in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 2913 and 3321. The only question raised by the appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to take the case to the jury. Seven gallons of whiskey upon which the tax had not been paid was found at a filling station which appellant had leased and had admittedly operated for a considerable period. His contention...
