Nebraska Methodist Hospital, hereinafter called proponent, filed its petition in the county court seeking to probate the alleged last will of Alice R. Bale. There, over objections filed by nephews, nieces, and a sister of deceased, hereinafter called contestants, the will was admitted to probate. Contestants appealed therefrom to the district court.
