MORRISON, Judge.

The information herein alleges two unlawful sales and one unlawful possession of beer in a dry area; upon a verdict of guilty on all three counts of the information, the punishment assessed totaled 180 days in jail and a fine of $900.

The witness Baxter, an agent of the Liquor Control Board, testified that on February 12, 1952, he went to a house west of the town of Anton, where he purchased two quarts of beer from the appellant. He stated...
