This is a will contest brought by two sons of Charles E. Mitchell, who died June 21, 1950, at the age of ninety-three, of arteriosclerotic gangrene in his right leg. The antecedent cause of death was stated in the death certificate as "generalized arteriosclerosis," and the interval between onset and death as "years."
