BROADFOOT, J.

The first contention of the defendant upon this appeal is that the trial court erred in denying her motion for a new trial upon the ground that the verdict was contrary to the evidence and perverse. She argues that there is no credible or competent evidence of the fact that decedent died of arsenic poisoning and that the verdict of the jury is based upon a mere suspicion of guilt.
