The appellant, Hulbert Crute, filed suit in Chancery Court asking for a mandatory injunction requiring appellee, Mrs. Marguerite Duke Hyatt, to remove barricades she had placed across property appellant claims is a public alley, and which appellee contends is private property. E. B. Bickley, Byron P. Howlett, and Mrs. H. P. Crute intervened alleging that they owned or were interested in property adjacent to the alleged alley, and adopted plaintiff...
