Plaintiff brought this suit in circuit court to recover damages for injuries to his person and his property suffered in a traffic accident. It was his claim, as set forth in his declaration, that defendant Harold Borr and defendant Jack Rowe were guilty of concurring acts of negligence resulting in the automobile of Rowe striking and injuring plaintiff and his vehicle.
