This is an appeal on questions of law in an action for divorce from an order overruling a motion to vacate a final decree for divorce and for a new trial. The defendant, appellant herein, alleged in her motion several reasons for setting aside the divorce decree, but all were predicated upon her contention that the court had not acquired jurisdiction because of inadequate service.
