WISEMAN, J.
This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, reversing the judgment of the Municipal Court of Columbus rendered in favor of the plaintiff for $1,000 as liquidated damages growing out of a breach of contract.
Plaintiff, appellant, contends the Common Pleas Court erred in reversing the judgment of the Municipal Court and also erred in rendering final judgment for the defendants.
