The question involved in this case is whether a paper, signed by Lula M. Duker, while in the Johns Hopkins Hospital, was sufficient to create a trust over her bank account in the Savings Bank of Baltimore. The paper was executed on July 31, 1950, and Mrs. Duker died on August 5, 1950.
