The second count charged that Dolan, on July 10, 1951, did falsely assume and pretend to John Priola to be an officer and employee acting under the authority of the United States, to-wit, an agent of the Internal Revenue Bureau, United States Department of the Treasury, and in such pretended character did demand of the said John...
