SPALDING, J.

This action of contract or tort is brought against the operator of a public garage to recover for the loss of fifty-five fur coats that were removed from the plaintiff's automobile while it was stored with the defendant. There was a finding for the plaintiff on the count in contract. The Appellate Division dismissed the report, and the defendant appealed.
