Plaintiff appealed to this court on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas sustaining defendant's motion for judgment to be entered in his favor notwithstanding the verdict of the jury in the amount of $30,000 returned for plaintiff, in his action instituted in that court to recover damages from the defendant for personal injuries sustained allegedly as the result of defendant's carelessness...
