Frank D. Starkey, on July 17, 1950, began this proceeding to enjoin his divorced wife from attempting to collect, through execution or other process, child support arrearages and a money balance due under the provisions of the divorce decree. A temporary restraining order was entered, enjoining Mrs. Starkey (now Mrs. Kroll) and the sheriff from proceeding under a writ of execution which had been issued.
