Plaintiffs, residing in Fremont, Newaygo county, are dealers in scrap metal. During the summer of 1948 the defendant was planning to dismantle its wood-preserving plant in Reed City, Osceola county. Plaintiffs went to Reed City and learned that the defendant would have considerable scrap iron for sale.
