This action relates to a tract of land in Kershaw County containing 143 acres, more or less, and fully described in the complaint herein. This tract originally belonged to Julius Bynum, whose wife, Janie Bynum, was the grandmother of Julius Brevard, the respondent herein. Julius Bynum died prior to 1886, leaving his wife, Janie Bynum, and his son, Carter Bynum, as his heirs-at-law...
