This action was instituted in the district court of Oklahoma county, on the 1st day of October, 1948, by L.D. Keel and Jane Keel, plaintiffs, against Nola J. Covey and Garland W. Bennett, defendants. Plaintiffs allege that they are the owners of the south 39.5 feet of lots 18, 19 and 20 in block G, Oak Park Addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; that of said land, the south 39.5 feet of lots 19 and 20, and the south 39.5 feet of the west 5 feet of lot 18...
