Alfred Roshto, alias Buddy Roshto, Carlysle Roshto and E. R. Roshto, alias Alex Roshto, are appealing from a verdict of a jury under which they were convicted and sentenced in the district court on an indictment which charged them with theft of "a certain animal, to-wit, one heifer."
