Plaintiff sued the defendant insurer, alleging at the time of a wind-storm loss of September 19, 1947 the Insurance Company had issued its policy in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $1,500, and that while the policy was in force and effect the windstorm caused damage to his insured dwelling in excess of the limitation of the policy.
