ILSLEY, Justice.

This is a case involving a common driveway constructed between the lots belonging to the plaintiffs on the one hand and the defendants on the other. Plaintiffs sought to enjoin defendants from obstructing this driveway by means of a fence constructed upon the property line and for damages of $500.00.
