JONES, J.

The defendant, Warren H. Trent, was charged by an information filed in the county court of Garfield county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried; convicted; and pursuant to the verdict of the jury was sentenced to serve ninety days in the county jail, and pay a fine of $500; and has appealed.
