Andrews, plaintiff below, brought suit in the Circuit Court of Grenada County and recovered a judgment against the City of Grenada, defendant and appellant here, in the amount of $1,125 including legal interest for excess payments of privilege taxes wrongfully collected from him, and from this judgment the City of Grenada appeals.
