Plaintiff has instituted this action against the defendant to have corrected a deed in which he bought certain property from the defendant. In the alternative, plaintiff asked for the rescission of the sale and the return to him of the purchase price of $600 plus $600 additional which he alleged he had spent in improving the land, and in the further alternative the plaintiff prayed for judgment against the defendant...
