In 1927 the complainant, an unincorporated religious society, filed an original bill in the Chancery Court of Bradley County, Tennessee, against the defendants, as representatives of an unincorporated religious society, for an injunction restraining the said defendants from using the name "Church of God" in any and all of their religious and secular activities, and for other injunctive relief.
