The action was brought by the Independent School District of Ionia, Iowa v. C. D. DeWilde.

In its petition plaintiff alleges that defendant, without lawful right or authority entered upon its school property and laid therein a drain across a part thereof, said tile to carry sewage from defendant's residence adjacent to said school grounds.
