The plaintiff sued for injuries alleged to have been sustained from a falling ceiling in the premises at 129 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, while he was doing repair work for an independent contractor. At the close of the plaintiff's case the trial court directed a judgment of dismissal on the ground that there was no proof that the plaintiff had been injured as the result of the negligence of the defendants....
