This is an appeal from a judgment denying a permanent injunction. Appellants filed their complaint in five paragraphs to enjoin appellees from issuing and selling Electric Revenue Bonds authorized by ordinance. Appellees filed a demurrer to the fourth and fifth paragraphs of complaint, which demurrer was sustained. An answer under our Rule 1-3 was filed to the first two paragraphs, and the parties in the trial court proceeded to trial on those paragraphs...
