The Board found that respondent, Rockaway News Supply Co., Inc., had violated Sections 8(a) (1) and (3), 29 U.S.C.A. § 158 (a) (1, 3) of the National Labor Relations Act by discharging an employee because of his refusal to cross a picket line at a plant which his duties required him to enter.
