Appellants, Miner Lii and Alice Lii, husband and wife, were indicted in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2421.1 The indictment alleged that "on or about the 9th day of October, 1950, [appellants] did knowingly, wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously procure and obtain a ticket from the office of Pan American World Airways at 222 Stockton Street, San Francisco, California...
