The plaintiff in error, Roy Crossett, who will hereinafter be referred to as defendant, was charged in the district court of Choctaw county with the crime of manslaughter in the first degree growing out of a collision on U.S. Highway 70 just west of Hugo, Oklahoma, and between an automobile being driven by the defendant, a man 63 years of age, and one being driven by Bob Andrews, a youth of about 16 years, now deceased, and who died a few hours following...
