The plaintiff was denied a divorce and appealed. The defendant was not represented. The following facts are found: The plaintiff and the defendant were married at Stamford on January 15, 1948. The defendant deserted the plaintiff January 20, 1949, and continued such desertion to the date of trial, March 7, 1952. At that time the plaintiff had been a resident of Connecticut for more than ten years. She brought suit for divorce on the ground of intolerable...
