The relators in this action sought a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to declare that James V. Dunbar had been elected a director of the Sieloff Packing Company. It was alleged in relators' petition that Dunbar had been elected on June 8, 1949, to serve as one of the corporate directors for a term of one year. Respondents Hohmann and Sieloff were respectively chairman and secretary of the stockholders' meeting when the disputed election...
