This is a proceeding brought by Elizabeth Repp, an incompetent person, by her guardian ad litem to establish her statutory marital rights in the estate of her husband. The trial court found that Elizabeth Repp was the wife of Matt J. Repp at the time of the latter's death and decreed that Elizabeth Repp was entitled to share in the estate of Matt J.
