Harry L. Nelson presented to the County Court of Mercer County a writing for probate as the last will and testament of Margaret L. Gilbert. Probate was opposed by certain heirs at law and distributees of the decedent upon the ground that the paper so presented was not effective as a will, having been revoked, and the county court refused to admit the same to probate. Nelson thereupon prosecuted a writ of error to the Circuit Court of Mercer County....
