MARBURY, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The question in this case is whether or not the appellees are entitled to a right of way 20 feet wide across the property of the appellants. The chancellor held that they are, and required the appellants to remove all stone walls, stone curbs, gate posts and other obstructions placed by them in that right of way.
