(After stating the foregoing facts.) 1. Error is assigned in the first special ground of the amended motion for a new trial on the action of the court in restricting cross-examination of a witness for the plaintiff who was credit manager for the plaintiff corporation. The question, "Isn't it true that your company has had a practice of picking up articles when restaurant people find they don't need them?" was disallowed, and the ruling was to the effect...
