Newton and Dorothy Newton, as plaintiffs, against R.W. Peay and Alice A. Peay, as defendants. Defendants filed an answer denying all the material allegations of plaintiffs' complaint, and a cross-complaint praying a decree of strict foreclosure of the contract.
