Plaintiff recovered judgment against defendants, Stanley Spear and his wife and Spokane City Lines, a corporation, for injuries sustained by her due to the alleged concurrent negligence of Mr. Spear in the operation of his automobile and of the bus driver employed by City Lines. City Lines is the sole appellant.
