The National Labor Relations Board has petitioned this court1 to enforce its Order against the respondent, Globe Automatic Sprinkler Company of Pennsylvania2 (hereinafter called "Globe"). Jurisdiction of the Board and of this court is conceded.

The issue presented by the petition is whether the Board properly determined that Globe violated Section 8(a) (5) and (1) of the Act...
