Violet Miljak, by Olga Miljak, her guardian and next friend, brought suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County against Eugene Boyle for damages for personal injuries sustained while she was riding as an invited guest in an automobile driven by the defendant, Boyle. She alleged wanton misconduct of the driver, Boyle, as the proximate cause of her injuries, the proof of which was necessary for recovery under the so-called "guest" statute of this state...
