JONES, J.

The defendant, J.W. (Joe) Cornett, was charged in the court of common pleas of Oklahoma county with the illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried, found guilty by a jury who left the punishment to be fixed by the court. Thereafter the defendant was sentenced to pay a fine of $150 and be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of 30 days, and he has appealed.
