This is an appeal from a final decree awarding separate maintenance unconnected with a divorce entered in the Circuit Court of Volusia County, Florida. The decree fixed Lotty Kaufman's separate maintenance in the sum of $3,900 per annum and counsel fees for her attorney in the sum of $4,000.
