This is a proceeding for the construction of article Third of decedent's will, which reads as follows: "I give, devise and bequeath unto my executors hereinafter named a sum sufficient to produce an income of Seventy-five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00) a year, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS as follows: To invest the same at interest and to pay the income derived therefrom unto my wife Mary Sinclaire, quarterly for and during the term of her natural life...
