Weed, under the Internal Revenue Laws of the United States, to recover sums paid by them to the Collector of Internal Revenue for the First Collection District of Texas as alleged deficiencies in income tax and interest thereon for the taxable period April 14, 1943 to December 31, 1943 and for the calendar year 1944.
