This appeal challenges the order of the Arkansas Public Service Commission granting appellee permission to discontinue its passenger train No. 151 running from Little Rock to Hot Springs and train No. 152 returning to Little Rock. The Commission's ruling was appealed to the Circuit Court of Pulaski County and there affirmed, hence this appeal.

The determination of the Commission was based on questions of fact. It is our duty to try the cause...
